Yogini Sumitra Mand

Is 31 years old born in Kullu (H.P.) After she did her M.A. in sanskrit in Simla she met Swami Ganga Mand Tirth who encouraged her to practice Yoga and she stayed one year learning from Swami Jii. Then she started to teach to others.

She has been teaching in Nepal for four month. And in Russia two times. So that is her work.

Now she is staying and teaching in Rewalsar. She is also a Hindu Sadhu and gives lectures on the scriptures of Shrimad Bhagavat Narad Bhakti Sutra and Yog Vaisishath. That is her present activities.
